We are seeking a senior Development Engineer to join one of our Software teams.
The Software Development Engineer will work in our highly collaborative development team developing software that’s used on world-leading industrial networks. Industrial applications rely on the performance of the industrial networks. As a result, our software must meet demanding requirements. Our software must provide fast data transfer, short cycle times, and low latency. In addition to speed, our software must offer protection and reliability. Industrial cyberattacks are increasing so our software must be armed with the latest cybersecurity measures. Our products are used in applications that run 24-7, sometimes for decades, and our products need to work equally well from the first day to the last day.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a software developer with experience in embedded development. You have relevant education and at least 5 years of experience.
Examples of responsibility and tasks:
• Develop and maintain great solutions for industrial communication.
• Actively work to maintain the high quality of our products' code base that enables continued easy maintenance.
• Work with automated and continuous tests.
• Perform necessary validation tests to achieve high reliability and conformity.
Has extensive experience of:
• Various programming languages including embedded C and C++
Meritorious if you have worked with the following:
• Development or testing of physical products
• Industrial networks
• Gerrit code review
